Thanks to a local taco truck and Joel picking up a stack of real corn tortillas (they only have flour or hard shell at the grocery store), we got to have tacos for dinner!! Looks and almost tasted the same :)
Then we got a special treat after dinner being serenaded by Elizabeth over Skype! So grateful for technology and getting to see familiar faces from California.
